Coaching that creates clarity, confidence, and direction.

Coaching Matters provides evidence-based 1:1 coaching for professionals and leaders who feel stuck, stretched, successful on paper but unfulfilled, or at a crossroads in work or life.

Whether you are navigating change, questioning your direction, managing leadership pressure, or sensing something needs to shift, coaching creates space to pause, think clearly and to reconnect with what matters so you can regain your energy, make more confident choices and move forward with direction.

How I work.

I am Dr Phoebe Simmons, a coaching psychologist, educator and researcher specialising in meaning, strengths, wellbeing and sustainable performance.

I am an EMCC accredited Senior Practitioner, member of the British Psychological Society, Division of Coaching and a Doctor of Coaching and Mentoring.

My coaching is supportive, thoughtful and gently challenging. I draw on coaching psychology, positive psychology and my doctoral research into how people reconnect with meaning through coaching conversations.

Sessions are tailored to you. We may explore strengths, values, leadership and your future aims and direction.

The aim is not to give you quick answers, but to create the space and structure to understand yourself more deeply and move forward with clarity and intention.
