Connecting to What Matters

My doctoral project looked at how coaching conversations support people to explore and develop meaning.

In busy world, coaching provides time and space to think, exploring meaning through different approaches and ultimately connecting to what matters.

Please enquire if you would like a research summary or recent conference slides explaining the research in more detail.

The presentation slide behind her displays the title 'Coachees experienced based coaching when identifying their strengths with the VIA Inventory of Strengths (VIA-IS)' and is attributed to Phoebe Simmons.
